This unlikely situation will however be informed to ourpatrons as much as possible.My Square Meal(Jaiko Hospitality LLP) reserves the right to cancel the tiffin service of anycustomer. In such a situation any balance amount due to the customer may berefunded depending upon the commercial understanding.Kindly confirm theavailability of delivery services at your location before beginning yoursubscription. You may call / email us on 8095687777 / mysquaremeal19@gmail.comAll rates areexclusive of statutory taxes.Meal Delivery:We charge anominal delivery charge per delivery / meal depending upon distance from ourKitchen at HSR Layout.Atthe moment we are delivering within an approximate 6 km radius from HSR Layout.Ifdue to COVID restrictions, the delivery person is unable to enter the apartment/ premises of stay of the customer; then the customer will need to receive themeal outside the gate.Kindlykeep track of your dates of meal order subscription and keep it updated on ourwebsite, namely; www.mysquaremeal.comWe donot serve on Sundays & Public Holidays. A holiday calendar for the entireyear can be provided on request.If weare unable to deliver food, once cooked, due to heavy rains, curfew or anyother situation beyond our control, the same would not be refundable. In suchcircumstances our attempt would be to donate the food as much as possible.If weare unable to cook food due to any such unavoidable circumstances; then weshall cancel the meal and defer the meal to a later date.My Square Meal(Jaiko Hospitality LLP) will not be responsible for any delivery issuespertaining to customer not being present to receive the meal delivery.
